Shipping & Returns


Ordering:

1) All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received within 1-4 normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
2) All orders must include a ship to address.
3) Each order will be sent direct to you, as per your ordering instructions.

Shipping:
1) Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx (or competitive service determined by DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing) unless otherwise requested. Orders will ship from California.
2) DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing DO NOT ships orders worldwide.
3) Each order will be assessed with the published shipping charge for the particular zone, weight and size. You are responsible for this charge.
4) No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent.

Delivery Times:
Approximate shipping times once your item has shipped, allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified.

Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 2:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.

Returns:
1) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing representative. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused.
2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
4) Product can be returned to DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing within 15 days of sale.
5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs.
6) All returns must be returned to DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges.
7) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
9) Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason.

Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
1) You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.

Damages:
1) DiscountWorkTools.com/U.S. Sales & Marketing will not be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment, unless insurance was purchased at the time of placing the order. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
